EUGENE (GENE) WAKEN
President/CEO

Gene Waken founded Corey Delta Constructors in January 1974. He began his career as a junior estimator in Los Angeles in 1965. After moving to the Bay area in 1969, he served as project manager for several industrial contractors. Gene has been active in the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of America since 1974, serving as chair of several committees and boards, was California's Treasurer in 1992 and, finally as Chairman of the (national) Heavy/Industrial Division in 1995.

LARRY BROWN
Vice President of Estimating and Project Management

Larry Brown joined Corey Delta Constructors in December 1997 as Manager of Estimating. Larry has over 30 years of continuous and broadly diversified experience in the construction industry. Having filled a divergence of positions, ranging from craftsman to owner and President of a General Engineering Construction company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts from San Francisco State University.

TIMOTHY FITZPATRICK
Chief Financial Officer

Tim Fitzpatrick joined Corey Delta Constructors in May of 1998 as Chief Financial Officer. He has enjoyed a 20-year career in construction accounting and finance and holds both MBA and Bachelor’s degrees from the University of San Francisco. Tim spends his free time coaching Little League Baseball in Benicia.

TOM SPRAGUE
Vice President of Client Development and Operations

Tom Sprague began his career with Corey Delta in 1982. He initially started in the field and has held various positions within the company including Project Manager, General Foreman, and General Superintendent. Tom attended Southern Oregon College.

JAKE WITKOWSKI
Director of Health and Safety

Jake Witkowski began his career with Corey Delta in 1982. He initially started in the field and has held various positions within the company including Field Superintendent, Field Safety Coordinator, and Quality Control Manager. Jake is also a certified NCCCO Training Director. Jake spends his free time with his love of fishing.
