The Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) is an IRS-approved retirement plan, but is designed to own Corey Delta stock.

To become a participant in the plan, there are three requirements every year:
  1. Be employed on November 30th (Corey Delta's fiscal year-end)  with one year of service.
  2. A year of service is defined as working 1,000 hours in a calendar year.
  3. Be non-union

 

Benefit eligibility is based on the following schedule:


0-2 years of service = 0% vesting

3 years of service = 100% vesting

* a year of service is defined as 1,000 hours.



 


Corey Delta has trained craftspeople utilizing industry standard curriculum since 1983. Our training has proven it's portability on many occasions and, until recently, we offered welding training in Sonora, Mexico.   

Many of our craftspeople possess nationally accepted certifications of journeyman status obtained through our NCCER training classes.
