TOMATO
PROCESSING FACILITY This
plant was designed using the latest technology to process 200
tons of tomatoes per hour. In addition to the tomato paste processing,
a newly designed dicing line was installed, a first for the owner.
Corey Delta performed the mechanical, structural, equipment sets
and piping systems, including field fabrications as well as assisting
in the start-up operations. This was a fast track project with
a very aggressive schedule that required completion prior to harvest TOMATO
PASTE FACILITY Corey
Delta was contracted to erect three Rossi-Catelli T-200 evaporators
including all the peripheral support structures and system within
an eight-week period. This project was completed on time and within
budget and ready for the first summer tomato harvest. VEGETABLE
OIL STEAM STRIPPER Corey Delta
demolished and replaced an existing system with a new vegetable
oil steam stripper system. The work included installation of a
complex concrete pile and foundation, fabrication and installation
of a 50-foot stripper structure and all associated equipment setting,
piping, electrical, insulation and coating. The project required
coordination of eight subcontractors and was completed in six
months expending over 20,000 working hours. |
